Love the special donuts for Valentine's Day. They were running a special too. XOXO

They tasted like day old doughnuts hard and dry

The only reason i'm leaving any stars is because I have to otherwise they would get none. Horrible customer service from both management and non management workers. I went initially requesting a certain number of specific donuts and when I opened the box I was given more than what I initially requested. When I brought it to the person at the drive through he had an attitude and said I had to purchase 12 donuts, not less. He wouldn't correct his mistake nor apologize. To top it off I noticed on my credit card I was charged more than double for my donut order. When I brought it to the general managers attention the first time I went back the next day he said sometimes cards do that and for me to wait till it posted. When it did and it was the same amount and after speaking with my credit card company who told me it was not their doing I went back to get a refund. I was met with 'the general manager can't talk to you right now and asked if you can come back'?!? Wow!! She then took my # and he said he would call me back (never happened). When I went back the next day for a third time he left to make a delivery I was told and another female manager ended up reluctantly calling their I.T. and supposedly giving me the refund of what I purchased. It hasn't shown up yet and I have my doubts it will. Never in my life have I had this horrible of an experience with the many places I've been to. This Krispy Kreme location needs to get it together if they want a better reputation than the 3.8 stars they currently have. I personally won't ever be back to this one. They lost more than 1 customer with my family.

Google said they were open until 9pm (updated 6 days ago by business) but we showed up at 7:39pm and they were all closed up. Someone was in there emptying racks so I know they didn’t run out. It was frustrating.

I appreciate the manager Penelopes attention to detail and wanting to make the customer happy. Because of her I’m happy to give them my business ❤️

Terrible slow service, and donuts looked like they had been dropped.

This place has become way too expensive for donuts. Not only have the prices gone way up, but the customer service is horrible. The people act like they hate their jobs. Super rude.
