There like family, excellent people and food

The smother porkchop with gravy was nice,tender and good. They could have given you more food on your side dish.

The food was delicious and well seasoned.

We ate here on yesterday and I must say I was very disappointed. This is the first time I have ever had a bad experience at this restaurant. The fried chicken wings tasted old and the mac and cheese tasted sour. My husband said his meatloaf was not good. This was a first for me because I love this place.

The mature in age ladies were nice. The problem was not just an item that I paid for hadn’t made its way into my pickup bag, but it’s also the fact that once you realized the mistake that one of the workers made, how come a complimentary item wasn’t offered? Why is customer service trash almost everywhere I go nowadays? Excellent management would’ve automatically offered it due to me having to waste my gas for an item that I paid for. An item that should’ve never been missing. Honestly, I could’ve gotten over the mistake. It’s the inconsideration to go the extra mile to make it right that was the problem. They want to save money on food, drink, or materials I guess. Almost as much as I wanted to conserve my gas and time. However, the customer paid double for employee incompetence. Paying how much the food cost should automatically come with great, maybe even just good, customer service. Vegetarian options: They have veggies. Although they’re good they’re unhealthy. Dietary restrictions: The food is good, but there aren’t any healthy food options. Parking: Lots of times, especially during peak hours, there’s nowhere to park at all. Wheelchair accessibility: There aren’t any automatic door accessibility’s for wheelchair access.

I have been here several times and you can't go wrong with whatever you order.
