Koten's Carribean and American Restaurant

Over priced but Oh so GOOD!!!!!!

Customer service is horrible, I called and ordered my food 30 mins prior to getting to the restaurant, the lady said about 25-30 mins i said okay . When I arrived she then told me it will be about 15 mins more I said okay now a hour passes of me waiting outside the restaurant my food still wasn’t ready. I just ended up leaving and never getting no food . Never again this horrible service .

They fell way off and food I crazy salty. I even added a note to the order asking them to be easy with the salt. Noone answers and food is crazy dry. To top it off, they are never open.

Oxtails nice and meaty but skimped on gravy which made rice dry. Gravy is best and most important part of oxtails

I will never order food from this restaurant. I ordered white rice with jerk chicken and oxtail gravy. Got the food and nothing but greasy. Terrible!!!!!!!!

Just ate the brown stew chicken collard greens yams and some of the Mac and cheese and everything was bussingggg!!!!!

Do waste your time

Good food! Highly recommended!
