The food is kosher but no kosher certificate . The service was excellent. Would be greatt if it had kashrut certificate since they are no kosher places in the area to eat.
Best pastrami that I've had in town!
First time here and husband enjoyed the pastrami sandwich which had thin slices of hot pastrami and deli mustard on rye bread. The sandwich choices are half or full and come with a side choice of potato or macaroni salad or coleslaw. I had the falafel pita, that had tomato and lettuce with tzatziki sauce. It was good but simple and not best I have had. The pita was a full bread and was thin enough that it fell apart while eating it and hold in the contents. My mom had the brisket sandwich and loved it, came the au jus dip. It was busy with regulars that were there. Tables and chairs were available indoors and outside. They also sell deli meats by the pound to go, breads, chopped liver and knishes. Vegetarian options: I had the falafel sandwich in pita bread. Came with lettuce, tomato and tzatziki sauce in it.
Best Sauerkraut I’ve ever had, delicious! With a tiny taste of WASABI!!!! Yum!!! I had the kosher hotdog and drink for $6 I upgraded to Medium Coke and got a bag of jalapeño flavored kettle chips, so I paid $4 more… I was too hungry to think clearly. I ate too much The hot dog and regular size drink would’ve been enough ouch
The bagels are fresh, the pastrami "to die for", the Nova lox; plentiful and fresh. This is my favorite bagel place. Frankie and the rest of the crew provide superlative customer service. Thank you.
I'm a bit under the weather and somebody brought me some Matzoh Ball Soup from Kosher Bite Deli. It was absolutely perfect. I had no idea this deli was here, but will definitely be coming here to get a sandwich or two. I'm looking forward to having more of their soup as well. I cannot comment on their service, as I have not been here in person yet, but that will change soon enough.
Best corned beef sandwich in OC. Very nice people working here, happy to take custom orders and always quick service. I have tried pretty much every Jewish style deli in the area and mail ordered from a half dozen delis in NYC. Despite all that, this is my go to place. Try it!
