The quality and atmosphere of this restaurant does not match the prices at all. Okay BBQ but incredibly expensive ($60 or $80 after tax for a few slices of Kalbi—enough to feed 1 person). Seafood pancake was doused in oil and barely had any pieces of seafood in it. Kimchi and other side dishes lacked flavor and depth. Friendly service but hard to make up for the taste of the food and the smoky atmosphere. I recommend visiting 10 Butchers instead (short drive away, similar prices but worth it for the significantly higher quality of the food, better ambiance, and more attentive service).
One of the worst place in whole Bay Area 0star for their service &
Excellent food, both charcoal grill kbbq & cook meal menu. Frequent here for their excellent lunch menu. Can't beat them for the food quality.
Stated that it opens until 12 midnight, but closed after I drove for 30 minutes and arrived at 11
Hidden gem in Santa Clara. One of my favorite Korean BBQ places in the South Bay. Fast and efficient service, coupled with good quality meats (beef, pork, chicken, seafood) makes it a great experience every time. Can get smokey, though, so don’t wear your favorite outfit if you don’t want the smokey smell. Parking lot can get full, but there’s free street parking as well.
This place is one of the best Korean BBQ restaurants in the Bay Area. We visit here routinely and have never been disappointed with their taste, quality, and services. They cook meats on real charcoals, which is one of the authentic Korean styles we love. I especially recommend their Galbi or marinated short rib. They also offer various drink options, including draft beer.
Put the wrong order and had us waited our food for like 30 mins. Later we found a very long hair in our short rib soup, they did not charge us anything though, thank you. good luck
