Restaurant gets a few stars for its attractive and comfortable interior and quick waitstaff. We did not have mains. We just shared a dessert: a peach cobbler a la mode. The flavor disappointed as much as the texture: a soggy pie crust dissolving into warm sugary gloop in which a few thin slices of canned peach swam forlornly. The only really appetizing bit was the scoop of ice cream on top. For $10, could do better.
Vegetarian options: Veggie burger
My companions food was fine, but I got the sirloin. It was overcooked, the green beans were undercooked and the mashed potatoes were overly salted. The server wasn’t sympathetic in the least over our food.
Food was okay but not as good as the reviews make out. Rib sandwich was mush in a roll (a nice steamed roll tho!) and the poutine was cold cheese curds in instant gravy. Salad had too much dressing. Staff overly attentive and dead animals on the wall.
We were passing through Memphis and my boyfriend found them on google. The second he read they had poutine we were in. We had the traditional poutine and oh my goodness, by far the best we have had in the states! They had some great choices on meals authentic to Canada as well as the states. Some plates have a little twist in the recipes such as their maple bacon burger and a waffle Monte Cristo. We also adored and recommend Taylour as your server! She was upbeat, personable, attentive and on it! We will definitely be back.
On Sundays they have $5 mimosas and bloody Marys. The food is delicious and the service is top-notch. Please check them out. You will love it!!! Look for Davin. He's the best bartender ever!
Dined in on Easter Sunday 3/31/24 with my family. Food and service was good but my kids and I became extremely sick the morning after we ate here with severe vomiting.
This was not my cup of tea. I am perhaps too accustomed to southern food and my wife's cooking. I didn't enjoy anything I ate. I cannot say anything bad about the place, only that I did not like the food.
