KONOS Gelato - Coconut Grove

Worst experience in the grove. Badest attitude ever, payment delays, broken AC, and the ice cream is no big deal. I won’t go back never.

La calidad de los helados y el servicio de la muchacha que sirve los helados es bueno. Pero el lugar se ve que está decayendo, el aire acondicionado no funciona, no hay conos , no topping , solo siropes , las raciones pequeñas en comparación con el precio de otras heladerías. A las 7 de la noche no hay ni un cafe frío, ni sodas ni ningún tipo de dulce o sándwich. El lugar en general se ve sucio . Es una pena pues tiene un magnífico lugar donde los parking son caros yo como cliente que fui por vez primera quedé decepcionada . Sorry pero no lo recomiendo

Very nice store. The flavors of the Ice-Creams are very tasty and yummy. They have a Dine-in for the customer. The prices are very reasonable.

Looking for outstanding gelato in coconut grove - this is the place. So many fantastic options!!! This is a place a highly recommend - the service was great - and the gelato was just delicious!!

Great choices. They have lots of vegan flavors. Loved the service and ice cream itself! Nice seating area inside. Salt and stick was a way too seeet for me, so this is a healthier choice . Will be back.
