Koi Sushi Japanese Restaurant

Each visit has been great! The gentleman who served us has always been nothing but accommodating and informative with updates to their menu. We visited last on Valentine's Day as a last minute decision and it sure was busy but this guy did the absolute best he could on a slammed night! There were upset UberEats drivers and one incredibly rude and disrespectful customer at a table but he was able to juggle and manage them all with [the appearance of] ease. He has my respect as he handled everything professionally and politely. We will definitely be back and support their restaurant! He also told us the sushi chef studied in Japan to learn those skills so that makes everything worth it because it's authentic! 12/10 highly recommend. 食物很好吃! Parking: The parking lot is shared with the rest of the plaza but isn't normally hard to find somewhere to park. It can fill up fairly quick in the evenings though.

I don’t like to leave a negative review but I’m compelled to let the owner and others know that I was definitely not happy with my experience at this restaurant. Food came out practically cold and we added jumbo scallops to our order and when they came out after the rest of our food they were NOT jumbo scallops!!! They were some fake something like snake or octopus made into slimy pressed perfectly shaped discs. Definitely not scallops. Horrible texture! Vegetables seemed like they were out of a frozen bag. But Fake slimy “scallops”is a deal breaker for me. Should have taken a picture.

Extremely busy and under staffed but the service was great

This place used to be good and it’s going downhill now. The food is not that good. I don’t even want to eat my leftovers. EDIT: To clarify, we like their sushi but don’t care for much else. Additionally, it never fails, every time we order ahead, we show up at the time we are told to pick it up and then have to wait 15-30 mins before we actually get it.

This place sucks waited for 5 to 10 mins for someone to help me. They saw me but just kept on working. Then for my take out told me 35 mins got there in 45 mins and looks like they just started to make the food. If you cannot handle takeout then don't take it. I asked for a refund. Also they were not that busy but I heard excuses. I also remember trying them for take out before amd same issue.

I came here recently for dinner and everything we got was very good. Many of the roll options were named after local places which I thought was nice. Service was good! Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Good accessibility

One Word Fantastic

I have eaten here multiple times and have had a good experience each time. The service was great as the people who work there are very friendly. The food has tasted great as well as I have not had a bad experience yet. They offer Dine In as well as take out.
