Kohnami Sushi

This is hands down the best sushi in Colorado Springs! The monkey business is phenomenal and everything is perfectly balanced. The place is so cute too! Highly recommend

Gem that’s in the cut! Definitely some of the freshest sushi I’ve had in Colorado Springs. They gave us soup (miso) and salad with our selection of sushi. I also had the plum sake (very warm delicious) which went well with my meal came down super smooth! Definitely will be back again for another bite.

This place is fantastic and by far the best sushi I’ve had in CO. I’m from the east coast/NYC area where sushi places are everywhere and most are top tier; but this is right up there w the best I’ve tried. And I’ve tried many! Delicious, fresh, and worth going to for sure.

Best sushi and Ramen in town! Firecracker roll and Miso Ramen are my favorites. Staff is always friendly, efficient and professional. Love it!

Went on a date night with the hubby, and the food was so good!

So good! They always try and make the sushi look so beautiful and it tastes amazing of course!

We live in old Colorado city so we stumbled upon Kohnami by chance this past Saturday while up north. What a delightful hidden gem! They have about 8 or 9 tables and the restaurant was about half filled when we arrived. They had a little fire going on the TV which nice and cozy ^_^ I saw some other reviews mention service but our service was fantastic! Our miso and salads were delivered timely and our food was out almost right after we finished the salad. We took a lot of time ordering because they have a lot of special rolls and we were intrigued by so many! We ended up with nigiri (salmon and tuna), tuna and avocado (this wasn’t on the menu but they made it for us) and the Pikes Peak deep fries roll. The salmon nigiri was my favorite bite of the night and delicious and I wish we had ordered 2! The pikes peak was good - flavor + sauces +fried texture was really good - a little difficult to eat the last piece because it was so big but we made it through! The avocado in the tuna and avocado was creamy and perfect texture against the tuna. All in all we would absolutely return. The table next to us got the sashimi platter brought out just as we were leaving and it was so beautifully presented! We will absolutely be getting that next time
