Health breakfast starts from rot orange.
For what's in the control of the folks at Klatch they do very well. Lines barely formed and team members worked together very well to handle customer orders and keep everything going, turning out high quality drinks and food. Vegetarian options: Avocado toast, yogurt, fruits, smoothies Dietary restrictions: Multiple non-dairy milks available Wheelchair accessibility: Large tables with movable seats make accommodating wheelchairs straightforward.
Worst costumer service interaction I've had in a very long time. My wife didn't know she can't have her travel mug filled, which caused some confusion. Rather than a simple explanation that they are not allowed (I'm assuming here), we got snark and underhanded comments. Destiny should know that not everyone knows your rules, especially people from other countries. Thanks for not actually yelling though I guess, since I could tell you really wanted to. Klatch does great coffee, but the company that runs this operation (probably a typical food service staffing provider for the airport) does not represent the company that i know elsewhere.
Way too slow for an airport coffee place. 13 minutes for a cappuccino?!?
Good place to grab breakfast and coffee in busy LAX (at gate 71B in the United terminal). The staff is very friendly! Shout out to Desiree
I dropped by the cafe before boarding. Near gate71B. Much better service than Starbucks at IAH. Not very higiene. Very limited options terminal 7.
Ordered two coffees, employee was very rude! Will not go there again.
I was expecting a higher quality of coffee. Unfortunately the drip coffee had just ran out. I watched as the cashier just ran the machine through the already used coffee grounds to make another pot. She should have changed the grounds.
