Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya (Beaverton)

The atmosphere here is nice. However, the ramen broth was exceptionally salty. The chashu was like leather in both taste and texture. The flavors are just not there, I’m not sure why there is so much hype about this place. I got the spicy miso and my girlfriend got the chicken tan tan, and both were below expectation. I try to be objective, and finding quality ramen is my passion. This is not the place for top quality, even though the impression is there

Definitely no ramen ryoma but it being an Izakaya the sides were amazing! Kid-friendliness: Has nice baby chairs

If you want an Americanized ramen, don’t come to this place but if you want an authentic Japanese ramen this is the place. The Hakata ramen tastes like the ones from Fukuoka. Not sure why the low ratings but I am thinking it is from people that do not know what a ramen should taste like

Delicious ramen in a comfortable atmosphere. Friendly service. I always look forward to a meal here! Tried the Tomkatsu Ramen. Enjoyed it very much.

Still one of the best ramen around! Consistent and the broth is flavorful! Sides are pretty good too!

This is my favorite ramen spot in the state! Service here is fantastic and the atmosphere is really cozy and cool. Yuzu shio is my favorite and I love the octopus dumplings too.

SHIO RAMEN食べました。 塩の味ではなく、出汁の味しかしませんでした。また唐辛子入れてるから辛みも入って...。塩ラーメンでは無いですね。 具材は結構入っているので楽しめますけど。
