Kizami Sushi

Very pretty but small sushi spot in Lincoln Park. We had a reservation but still had a short wait as it gets busy. However the sushi was amazing, highly recommended the A5 Wagyu nigiri and zuke sake(marinated salmon) nigiri. Rolls were unique with some kind of black rice and tonkatsu curry was also fantastic. Wonderful big and detailed sake selection.

Great sushi! Fish is fresh and high quality. It's a pretty small restaurant but it's a nice space.

I called ahead on a Tuesday night for their dinner reservations, we were told they weren't busy that night so we went ahead and made the one hour drive just for their sushi and their great reviews. We had the best experience and their sushi was truly top notch. We basically ordered everything on the menu from sushi, caviar to desserts and drinks. they did not disappoint, customer service was superb. The owner even came out of his way to attend us, he showed up with his own bottle of sake to truly give us the experience we've never experienced before. Such a beautiful restaurant and very clean restrooms as well. I have nothing bad to say, the food was high quality and extremely delicious. I definitely recommend this location, even if you have kids which I did. We left so happy and satisfied, we all truly loved it. Definitely coming back to this underrated sushi restaurant. Kid-friendliness: Super kind and patient with all four of the girls, didn't make my kids feel like they weren't wanted.

A small place, but very nice. Food is excellent and presented very well. The nigiri was very fresh and delicious! The sake menu is large with many good options, and the service is very good.
