Food came out cold bacon came out cold, one piece of toast and an entire breakfast order for over $20. No value for money… They need proper management to train the staff to be better organized and bring out hot food.. no excuse for being super busy

One of my favorites!

I went here for a Galentines brunch. It should be 3.5 stars rather than 4. I knew their space is smaller, so I called to try and make a reservation but they didn’t do that on weekends. I was instructed to call the day I was coming to give them a heads up so they can be try and group tables together for us, but when I did that, they basically told me they can’t do anything. Their policies were either unclear or inconsistent, which is super frustrating. When we got there, the hostess was not helpful either. I got the teatime and it was underwhelming. If I’m paying $30 for something, I don’t want a hodge podge of mostly premade items. The hot tea was from greenwise (the tag was still on). I recognized the heart shaped Macarons because they’re sold at Costco. Also, they put two tea time orders onto one tray, which is fine, but there was an uneven number of items. If I got a single order for tea time, I feel like it would have been two items each so if you double an order, there should be that much for each person. OK, to the positive part, I gave service 4/5 stars because of managerial issues. Our waitress was Skye, and she was very patient and willing to help us out with any questions we had. She is the 5/5 of this review. It was her second shift and she was awesome.

Kixi exceeded all expectations! The fun ambiance, attentive staff, and incredible food made my visit unforgettable. My server recommended the rose latte and it was delicious. The French toast was delightful. The cute atmosphere and attention to detail added to the overall charm. Highly recommend for a fantastic dining experience!

Came here for a late brunch and it was so good! I had avocado toast truffle fries and the most delicious rose latte ever- it was so soo good! Extra shout out to my servers rhica and bryce - they went above and beyond. I have to come back for the soufflé pancakes!

We were visiting from out of state, this place was the most unfriendliest atmosphere, both the host and the barista making the drinks were so rude. They did not smile they were not welcoming at all, and the host at the door did not help me open the door when I left with a whole bag of food and drinks. I have never experienced worst service in my life!!
