We got sat in the walkway/hallway so felt like we were outside of the cafe almost and the atmosphere was ruined by the kitchen to our direct left and people walking past with food which meant cats were scared off and we didn't get to pet any. The food was poor, neither of us could eat even half of the ciabatta as it was undercooked and tasted odd. Overall we were really disappointed in the experience, but if we had been sat in a more central area it could've been a lovely experience.

Very few cats to see , especially for the size of the place.

Loved the cats, but they didn’t catch a break from all the screaming kids. Food wasn’t great either and was overcooked, chicken was burnt. Wouldn’t recommend unless you go when there are no kids

Expensive to just get in the place, not many cats in there, won't be visiting again waste of money in my opinion!

The staff were absolutely lovely and very informative when I asked about a particular cat. The food was decent and the place itself was so nice to look at. Then of course, there were the cats. And if you know cats, they're more likely to come to you if you don't go seeking them out too much. Many didn't mind being stroked but it was annoying seeing people not leave cats alone and chase them around, also blocking the toilet door as they do so and being pretty inconsiderate of the cats and others, but I don't blame the staff for that. You're given a list of house rules to read at the start and sign to say you agree to follow. The staff have other things to do like clearing tables. Overall an incredibly enjoyable experience, will very likely be coming again, just wish people (not even kids a lot of the time!) Were more considerate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wasted £32 (4 of us) for my daughters 18th birthday going here, wasn’t too bad but within minutes some screaming toddlers came it and scared all of the cats - needs to have a minimum age limit as we told the staff. Didn’t see many cats as the place was quite large and lots of places for them to hide/go. Very disappointing.

Having been here in the past year and it being wonderful, today's visit was disappointing. With there being far too many children chasing cats and throwing toys at them without staff intervention, which led to me having to step in when a child said they were going to chase a cat. One staff member was slightly rude when I had to hold the door leading to the toilets open because of a cat standing between the doors and a crowd of children blocking the path. We had the afternoon tea and the sandwich selection was slightly disappointing. On a positive note there were some well behaved children, some staff reminding people of rules and the cats were adorable as always. Hopefully this is just a blip down to the school holidays.

We had a pleasant time. It’s been in the bucket list for ages to go as a cat lover. However a few things. - entry is £8 per adult, which I think is fine, but I wouldn’t say it’s value for the hour. And could rack up for a family. In total me and husband paid about £31 all in (entry, pizza - extra for GF and two drinks) - they have rules, and they make you sign that you will follow them, great, except for lots of small children chasing the cats/ waking them up ect. . (Not the kids fault I would have been the same at three) i just think if they really cared about the welfare of the cats they would have an age minimum, some cats clearly just wanted to be left alone (tail wagging, which any one who knows cats means they are annoyed) and they were being poked every five seconds by small hands. Staff just walked on by. - if you have a cat by you me table be prepared for children to scramble over your table. We weren't too bothered , but worth knowing. - as expected, food was basic and overpriced. - service was ok. - cats were lovely, some were very happy about the people, but I felt for them, some of them clearly just wanted to be left alone and people are constantly chasing them! But still had a nice time.
