Slow and bland location- its not a restaurant but a storefront for 6 different restaurants. Orders are extremely slow and you will just wait forever for even the most simple order It actually looks like a soup kitchen Employees have an i don't care attitude Waits of 30 minutes are normal

Edit: Lately they've gotten a lot better at order accuracy. Correct sandwich and correct flavor of chips. I think they've updated the website too so the menu is a bit more straightforward. I would still recommend checking your sandwich before you leave though! I've ordered from the Jersey Mike's here twice. Both times I ordered a Jersey Club. Bacon is part of the sandwich. The first time I thought it was an honest mistake they forgot to include the bacon on the sandwich. The second time I asked specifically that they add it as it was missing last time. A reminder. Yet again no bacon on the sandwich. Also both times they've ignored the chip flavor I ordered and tossed Jalepeno chips in, instead of salt and vinegar. This place is the worst Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. Safe to say I'm never ordering from this place again, with this kind of attention to detail I don't really feel comfortable eating their food because who knows what else they aren't paying attention to.

Always so slow!!! Staff is busy socializing instead of making any food. Lazy!!!

Complete garbage. Employees couldn’t care less about doing their job, and you’ll end up waiting hours for a meal that would take 10-15min at any other location.

Do not order here. The employees are braindead and couldn’t care less about doing their job. Showed up 45 min after ordering, when they said it would be ready online, and they had not started.

Love coming in to see Adam, Jay and Tammy. All three are wonderful workers when it comes to guidance with the restaurants and their customers service is amazing

I LOVE THIS PLACE. The beautiful souls here are so sweet and pleasant. The GM is fantastic, they update you on EVERYTHING that's going on, ESPECIALLY if your or is late which is rare. Only Jersey Mike's I had issues with the lateness (don't order if you have a limited lunch break or no time to spare) but for the most part, every other restaurant is good with time. They have about 17 restaurants in 1 spot. Order online, and pick up, a delivery app or simply got to the store and order on the kiosk, they take cash on 1 of the kiosk and they both take cards, enjoy

Love being able to get Jersey Mike’s in nyc, but add at least 30 minutes to whatever time they quote you on the app. You’ll be waiting for a while

Jay helped us out, she was really sweet! Very cool interior and system, multiple restaurants under one system is very intuitive!
