Hidden gem that I will go to every time I’m in Nashville! Everything is made to order, right in front of you. Fresh and delicious food, I had the Cobb salad and a bloody mary. (Made with a homemade mix). Couldn’t have been better. The staff is perfection. So welcoming and such a welcome change from all the tourist traps filling the city. Can’t recommend more!
I honestly didn’t get a vibe that this place is super hygienic. The bathrooms were also out of hand soap. Food was average. I don’t think I’ll go again.
The food was fantastic, and there were no issues with that. In fact I thought it was perfect. My issue was with one of the workers. He kept hitting on one of my friends throughout the entirety of our meal, and she was left feeling incredibly uncomfortable by the experience. This might have been a place I considered returning, but the experience left a bad taste. Edit: Also the owner isn’t too good at taking criticism
Awful place and disgusting food. I’m from Miami, they should be ashamed of labeling anything Cuban at this place. EDIT: I have no idea what you’re talking about, I’m assuming it’s your best attempt at saving yourself from a very worthy bad review. But pls hold on selling any coffee, we the people, don’t need you to butcher that as you did with your take on an unauthentic Cuban sandwich. It was so bad that my sister took photos, which now I shall attach to this review soon.
Cute place with food made to order! Our group had the egg sandwich and the hash broth plate. Very nice staff!
It was a SUPER nice experience. Arrived randomly to find a local place for a quick lunch and was not disappointed. I had the Latin brisket sandwich and wife had the Cesar Salad and both were excellent. I asked, Nick, the one taking order for a local bourbon and he recommended Ownby and it went perfect. I really recommend the place.
I ordered the hash. It was delicious and came out very quickly. The only downside to this place is the lack of restroom. If you need to visit the facilities, you need to ask for a key, exit the building, walk down a long exterior corridor past construction crews, and visit a restroom shared by multiple businesses. I can't imagine coming here alone or with a child that would need any kind of supervision. How would you make sure someone wouldn't bus your table or screw with your food? Also iltheres only one key, so you have to wait for someone to come back from an LOTR-esque journey before being able to set out on your own.
