The food was very good but their facilities and attention to building services is disgusting. The bathroom had no soap, the floors were sticky, toilet paper was all over the floor, the handicapped bathroom was locked and permanently “out of service”, the bathroom door opens so close to the toilet, that it’s hard to squeeze in and close the door, and the management team is nonexistent. Parking: Expensive parking, $20.

First of all turn the FAWKIN music down like dayyyummm!! I couldn’t hear my waiter. I couldn’t hear the people at my table. Is this the club? I thought we were going for an upscale dinner experience instead it was just high priced food that mid at best. I should’ve listened to the reviews. Do better

Went to KISS today for brunch to celebrate my sister birthday. We initially booked at another restaurant but they cancelled our reservation without notice, so I had to call KISS morning of to inquire about table for 7. The rep answering phone was very kind and accommodating for our needs. The waiter Erica “Slim” was very attentive and helpful throughout our entire time. She brought our food out in a timely manner, answered questions, etc—- The DJ played a nice selection of music with different genres— more R & B style. Definitely a vibe—Ms. Terry (promoters mom) and her home girl were so down to earth and a pleasure to chat with. We were even treated to free mimosas! The food was good, freshly cooked & flavorful— some of our guest said their food (mainly the chicken & catfish) was a little too salty. The grits stole my pallet. They were so good— If you have your own cake, it’s a $50 dessert fee— I opted out and took cake to Whole Foods patio after we finished eating at KISS. Overall I had a great time and planning to go back for a date night with my husband.

First time and it was nice! The cajun pasta was delish! I had a really good time, but the valet cost is excessive.

If you happen to be in the Dallas area, I highly recommend visiting this particular establishment, Kiss, during the weekend. The food was quite enjoyable.

Subject: Beware! Server added another 60 dollar tip to my receipt after I left restaurant even though Kiss already add 20% gratuity. I'm not big on writing post but I visited Kiss last Saturday right at 5 pm. I've been there a couple times before. The oxtail pasta usually is very good. This time I brought two friends from Atlanta. The oxtail pasta was extremely salty this time. However, it is what it is. My bill came out to be 364.24. I added 0 for tip since they already took 20%. I left and flew back home. I looked at my account. I saw I was charged 424.24. 60 dollars more. The server I'm assuming was a tall brown skin male that had just worked the brunch shift. He wore gold trim glasses and gold watch. If he is still working when I get back to Dallas I'm definitely gonna see about him. Just my experience. Please be mindful of your tip space. I reached out to restaurant. I was told there was no manager there. But I'm not letting this go.

Wow. This place is amazing! The customer service was the best! The food even better! The portion sizes were literally huge! The promoter they had 4/20 was the best! She made our experience 10x better!! Will be back!

I enjoyed visiting KISS. The ambiance was very nice. The service was great and I recommend going at least once or twice. The Lemond Drop Tower was beautiful! The only thing I didn't like were the greens. Overall presents of food was lovely on the charcuterie board!
