Kiskeya Pizza

The Caesar salad I got should have also had bacon and arugula on is as described on the website and as I've had before, even on the side salad. The salad dressing used to be made in house and now they give you packets. The one I received was bloated with air, which usually means it's spoiled!! I checked the exp date and it expired Aug 2022, we're in March 2023!!! I paid for extra sauce because last time you could still see the cheese at the top, and still looked like this? This used to be my go to spot for Chicago deep dish, but both food and service standards have gone down drastically! Very disappointing, especially because I wanted to support a local minority owned business, and this place looks like it had potential, but this will be the third time now I've received bad service or food.

We waited two hours for one pizza. If I could I would give them a negative star review.

Tried to order delivery on Uber eats about an hour and 20 mins before they closed and then around midnight they cancelled my order. Thought they were open late cause their website shows 11:45 but apparently they don’t plan on fulfilling your order.

Sigh. We had a craving for Chicago Deep Dish Pizza and ended up with this. Very disappointing. The bottom of the box was completely wet. The cheese wasn’t all the way melted and the sauce was badly broken. Then there was broken pieces of crust on top of the pizza. We were very disappointed about this.

They sent pizza with Uber Eats sticker via Door Dash and the box was folded open. I didn't take it.

Buyer beware. If you order online then send you to a third part app called Slice. The third party app marked up the price by 30 percent. This is outrageous..Nancy should disclose this when they send you over to third party. I could have easily just called in and not pay an outrageous 30 percent mark up. On top of that they messed up the order. They take the order from online and manually put it in the system. I wanted toppings on entire pizza and then only put it on half..when I call to complian they said they can make me a new one if I one to come back and pick up agian. They messed it up and should have refunded my entire order. Shame on Nancy for doing business this way. UPDATE THIS PLACE HAS GONE OUT OF BUSINESS NAD NOW OPERATES AS KISKEYA PIZZA
