I got a standard fair bento box. It was fine

We went for two bento boxes. I have rarely seen a customer service so clearly uninterested, jaded and obviously disgusted by every single customer that comes in. Drop the bento so that half the sauce splashed. Not just us btw, she took away the plate from other table while they were not finished and they were not happy. Imagine how their kitchen look like with this low level of quality and how they despise the customers. Avoid even if you're starving.

I've been here twice and the food has been amazing both times. The fish is incredibly soft and fresh. The service is also fantastic; they are friendly and brought out the food quickly. This time I ordered a Bento box. I loved the variety of items. Every single item on my plate was super delicious.

My food was not fresh at all, can tell it was brought right from the fridge. For the quality of the food, prices are not reasonable. Nigiri can be over $10 for 2 pieces. Extremely thin slices too. Doesn’t have the “chef hand-touched temperature” that usually comes with sushi if you know what I mean. Also, I’ve never had a chicken karage that doesn’t come with a slice of lemon and their choice of dipping sauce is quite different as well. Staff are attentive, but loud and noisy. It didn’t seem like a Japanese-owned/operated restaurant. My dine-in experience felt pretty rushed by the staff, they brought the bill even before my last couple of bites, lol

Small area for seating so it almost feels like you're squished. Otherwise amazing

I ordered uber eats delivery for sushi, salad, and soup, and the restaurant didn’t include chopsticks or soy sauce. I called the restaurant to explain and the lady’s only response was that they didn’t give me chopsticks because I didn’t ask for it and she gave me no reason for why they didn’t include soy sauce, and then she hung up on me. Absolutely horrific service and I will never order from here again.

Great for a quick Japanese bite. Most entrees are 20 bucks and up but they do have a teriyaki special bento box for 13 bucks.
