No customer service skills at all. It isn’t my first time at this place but it is definitely my LAST and FINAL time. Went in at 4:35pm to get a mini valet done on my car the first chap in the washing bay said it’ll cost £12 so I said I normally pay £10 due to being down my normal cars + work van however he refused to do it for £10. Nevertheless I never argued I said I would that’s fine could we go ahead with it - moments later another chap from behind comes who’s apparently the ‘Manager’ saying worry we are closing now and therefore no time for a mini valet to be done? Bottom line is that this carwash place is just there for killing time. Even though there was 25 minutes left before closing time they refused to serve me. It would have made sense in them earning the £10 from me rather than having their staff sitting around. Anyhow I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone else to go to - and I shall take my business elsewhere!
