They're fast but they need to pull the mask over their nose. All of them. I need to change my stars. This place did a whole 360. Nice and I always went a BLT WITH PICKLE ON THE SIDE. 5 stars all day plus the employee change or get a new owner. Wheelchair accessibility: It’s easy to get inside or outside

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I've been a loyal customer to this coffee shop for over 10 years. I was upset to find out the coffee shop would have new management. For reference the former Kingsbridge coffee shop moved to Moshulo & it's called Moshulo cafe. The reason I had been a loyal customer to this shop was because of their great customer service, delicious food & fast delivery. I decided to give the new management a try. The first time I order they messed up my order & the delivery took over an hour. I'm not a difficult person so I decided not to complain also knowing the fact it was their first week. The food wasn't that great not bad but definitely not what it was before. Today, again they messed up my order, this time around I decided to call & ask for a replacement. Mind you this delivery had taken a little over an hour, I was hoping the replacement would be faster. I was wrong, after an hour of waiting, two hours since I first called for my order. I called & ask to speak to a manager so he could give me a solution to this problem. I was told by cashier Sammy that there wasn't a manager or supervisor. I asked when could I find the manager he said he didn't know because he has a crazy schedule. Then proceeds to say he's busy & to stop wasting his time in a very rude tone. To me this is unacceptable customer service & definitely not the way to talk to a customer specially if I haven't been rude to you. Definitely won't order from this place again. There's so many other bakery's in the area I will give my time & money to.

I use to love this place until now.. it's under new management and the quality of service change drastically badly. But still loved the food they serve

2 out of 10 they mess up every order of food and they don't like when you leave a bad review on grubhub. They charge to much money for them to mess up everytime. I suggest you go somewhere else if you want good food

not pleased with my last few orders...everything looks dull no seasoning pancakes barley cooked . it's sad that the other employees working there all left at the same time...explains alot on how they must of treated the workers...that being said the food the coffee has definitely changed..big difference and even the atmosphere.wont be spending my money except a coffee which might be good ..

Everyone thats complaining about the wrong order “Constantly”… don’t know how to order food. Really simple lmao

I put that review because I think it's very bad of those people that only they attend to who they think you talk to them, and it's as if they didn't have a conversation with them. That has happened to me more than once in that store.
