Spent the last 30 minutes on hold. Even walked across the street to their shop, all the while still on hold. They took at least 6 orders on top of me waiting patiently on the phone. Went in, and was told we will be right with you. All the while still holding on the phone. Probably not going to order from these guys again. Not very good customer service. Update. I called back after a little bit and asked why I was put on hold for well over a half an hour. Guess what they told me? "Oh, we have a new system in place." So you mean to tell me that I just sat on the phone, walked over to your shop after 20 minutes on hold, all the while hearing you take order after order after order...just for you to blame it on the new system? Yeah, she didn't have an answer for me when I said that.
