King Soopers

Hey Barbie, When bagging my groceries, everything ended up crammed into one bag, causing a bit of a mess. The chicken juice leaked onto other items, and it was a disgusting to deal with. I get that things can get busy, but it's super important to be mindful of how food is packed, especially to avoid cross-contamination. It would be awesome if you could remember to be a bit more careful next time.

I like the parking lot it's much bigger and wider than the one West Ken Caryl.

We have to give a huge shout out to Tom in the grocery pickup department. Our busy lives make grocery shopping really difficult weekly, so the pickup option works great for us. Tom is a bright ray of sunshine each Saturday morning when we see him. He is so incredibly kind and genuinely caring. He is a kind hearted and extremely efficient gentleman. Despite being understaffed and busy, Tom always serves us with a smile on his face and grace in his heart. We are so thankful for our friend Tom. Give this man a raise! He is more than deserving. Thank you for continuing to make our days just a little bit easier, Tom. You are a gem.

I’ve been shopping here for years because it is the closest King Soopers to my house. Love the produce selection always fresh, produce team is friendly and helpful. Post pandemic— Plan on bagging your own groceries while the checker literally watches you bag your groceries all while mashing everything down the belt. The clerk, “T” stood there watching me bag and not helping. My most recent experience w/ this checker is always the same. Deli counter had a sign that they can’t help until after 9am due to staff shortage @ Sunday morning 9.6.23. At 9am she asked me to come back, she was not able to assist. Kroger- please do better.

My go to place for groceries!! Nuff said!!

Checkout staffing much improved on this visit. Cashier's and baggers were friendly and helpful.

They are always well stocked and always willing to help if needed
