King Soopers

I have been shopping here for over 10 years. This store has been in a steadily decline since the renovation. The deli is the slowest I have ever seen. There are never enough check out lanes open during busy hours, not sure what management thinks but the customer experience here is non existent. Will begin to explore other options but just going to the king soopers in the DTC is a world of difference better. This location is next to Wellshire and Observatory park neighborhoods, it needs to step it up!

Deli department is a joke. No one ever pays attention to people waiting. I waited over 30 minutes. Does this department have a manager? If so not doing his job. People standing around talking. What a joke this department is.

Never enough cashiers. Self-check out line snakes half-way to the back of the store.

One of the very best of the brand. They have an extensive collection of gluten free, ethnic, and natural foods. My groceries were shopped and delivered today by Jeromy. He was polite, professional,, helpful and pleasant. Very good service.

Consistently the worst service at the deli. Bumbling idiot old ladies that don't want to work there should be fired.
