First, large portions. Great price. I love the way you make your soup. You pick the broth, vegetables and goodies. I had wontons and brisket with fish soup base. Parking: Typical Seattle city parking.

Such a hidden gem for dumplings, they taste so homemade and I have never seen a restaurant wrap such huge dumplings like how we do it at home. They taste so healthy and delicious, the restaurant should be named King Dumpling instead.

I’m a personal Chef that just moved to Chinatown on Tuesday 2/20. There was a celebration today 2/24 and I thought it would be nice to get some noodles on my way home. I googled “Best Noodles” near where I live which is 2 blocks away. 4 restaurants came up. Gourmet Noodle Bowl, King Noodle, Jufen Noodle House, and Mike’s Noodles. I was on foot and on King Street which has Mike’s and King’s. Mike’s has (982) reviews and 4.3 stars and King’s has (520) 4.2 stars. Normally I would go where there are more reviews so Mike’s but I was on King’s side of the street so I choose them. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE! When I walked in there was a lady on her phone texting or whatever and NEVER looked up to say hi, welcome in, are you dining in or carry out? I should have turned around at that point and walked out! But I’m hungry, tired, and was already there. I grabbed a menu and looked at it for about 5 minutes because I make noodles myself and thought about what I would try that’s different from what I make. I choose Szechuan Style Beef and according to the menu it says “Mixed Noodles (with soup on the side) $12.49. I told women I was ready to order and she then asked if I was dining in or taking out. I said take out. It’s super cold in Seattle today this just happened about 25 minutes ago and it’s 6:18 PM and temperature is 49°. Soup with my noodles sounds PERFECT. I place the order she says nothing else, some guy takes my debit card and charges me 14.32 and I rounded it to 16.00. I didn’t leave much because I wasn’t dining in. A few minutes later he hands me a bag and I walk out the door. I got 10 steps out and thought “my bad sure was light” so I turned around and went back inside grabbed a menu to make sure I wasn’t crazy or dumb. It says (with soup in the side) $12.49. So I ask him where the soup was. That’s when this woman takes herself off MUTE and says “Only soup if you dine in.” So I asked guy for my credit card slip back and scratched out the tip and rewrote 14.32 and I asked her where does it said that on the menu or in the restaurant. She said, “We don’t have it on anything.” I then said, “You are being selfish, cheap, or Lazy! I really wanted the soup and you could have put it in a TO-GO container!” I did not give them ANY time to reply I left and will NEVER come back! I’m going to contact Wells Fargo and dispute 5.00 of the 14.32 because I WANTED what they advertised SOUP ON THE SIDE! Wells Fargo is good about disputes and I will get 5.00 charged back! It’s NOT THE MONEY it’s the principle. Also, look at the photo…no soy sauce, the container wasn’t even filled with the noodles, and there were way more noodles to meat ratio ! We the CUSTOMERS are tired of YOU restaurants being PETTY! You should have offered me the Soup, or just given it to me! I should have gone to Mike’s! Next time a customer walks in the door lady get your face out of your phone and look up! RUDE! (misleading restaurant don’t order takeout from here…better yet don’t even go here!)
