They oil their food a lot. This place ain't for me. Glad I got to try it though. Ppl kept eyeing me too every time I walked to the bathroom. I'd say rude it did not feel welcoming.

Great food!

I took two of my clients here on Wednesday, January 21st. I had not been to Kincaid's in many years and I was excited to return. Sarah was our server---and she was nothing short of exceptional. She was funny, warm, and had tons of recommendations for food. The top choice was the sea bass--and three of us ordered it. It was one of the best meals I've had in a long while. Sarah also provided some the best service in recent memory. The whole client dinner was memorable, thanks to Sarah. I wish there were more Sarahs in other restaurants! We will be back!

We had a great dinner experience! The food was excellent, the atmosphere was quiet, elegant, and intimate. Our waiter, Jerry, took excellent care of us. His service was truly impeccable. He was kind, patient, explained the menu items well, and was extremely anticipatory - our glasses were never empty! I've never received better service while dining out before. I enjoyed the food, but I came to leave the 5-star review because Jerry was so awesome. Parking: Free parking ramp - more than enough parking. Enter the restaurant right from the ramp, so need to walk outside.

Food was very good, waiter made several mistakes with the order which he corrected. Restaurant showing some wear and tear physically could use some deep cleaning and minor updates.

Great food and amazing service. Travis was the best waiter ever. Will definitely be back soon. Quality of food excellent and not over priced. Hard to find good classic places like this these days. Haven't had such good service in many years.
