Vegetarian options: Cucumbers in a garlic sauce with pepper oil. Trying to be descriptive but really delicious. Achieves the goal of blending cuisine creativity.

Someone went out of their way to turn this restaurant into an echo chamber. Kimski is so deafening that it’s impossible to speak to anyone I come with, much less a bartender. The host made it clear that I’m not anywhere near cool enough for the place. The pierogi were fine, and the pork belly rice bowl is very nice. The cold noodles with cucumber would be great if they weren’t so mushy. I would maybe come back again for takeout if I were forced.

So I hate feeling dumb so trying to figure out where I was supposed to eat was stressful BUT 100% worth the awkwardness. I ate here weeks ago with my sisters and I was just sitting here thinking about the cucumbers and those loaded fries so I thought I should leave a review bc that food was so good. Best food I had on Chicago on my trip. Also the customer service person was so nice.

This place is great! Fusion Korean Polish food. The dishes are artistic and tasty and affordable. The food fills you up and you will have leftovers. The dishes are artfully done also. You can sit at the seats at both Kimski and Maria’s which is a cool bar that looks like a tiki bar…really nice to have during winter when you wish you were enjoying the summer heat with cold drinks. There is also outdoor seating. The drinks at Maria’s are beautiful and well crafted and has plenty of alcohol. Won, the owner was really friendly and personable and spoke w us and joked with us. He’s funny and entertaining w his humor. He is the kind of guy you would enjoy hanging out with at your table to enjoy good food with drinks and conversation. Paige is great too! She is really sweet and helps explain the menu and super personable also. This is a fun place to eat and lounge at with friends. It has an excellent ambiance w nice music and a TV video screen to watch a movie in the background. We were super relaxed and loved soaking up the chill atmosphere and vibe and staff.

Awesome food. Seems like a great business that does a lot for the community. I wish they were open more often though. Feels like they’re closed almost everytime I’m in Bridgeport so I rarely get to grab food from here

Over-rated fusion food place. The food is average, the place is clean and cute.
