Killer Noodle Tsujita

DAMN! The best killer noodles! The noodles can go as hot as you want, from a scale of 1 through 6. My limit is 3 but I'm more comfortable with a level 2. Even at 2, I'm sweating. Every now and then, when I'm in a mood to torture myself with amazing spices, I go here. Try it, you will understand!

Had the best ramen of my life at this establishment (Tokyo Ramen). I love how you get to choose a level of spice AND numbness for your ramen, an interesting twist. Ramen was so good I ordered another helping when I was done with the first and stuffed myself until I could barely walk without doubling over. This place always has a line, and rightfully so.

Not extraordinary but pretty good ramen, I would come back again but I wouldn’t crave it. I’m not into grounded meat in ramen, which is the case. I’d rather ramen with more toppings and less focus on the broth and its spiciness. Their spice is really good though, at least according to my adventurous friends who got level 4. It builds up, so the first bite might not be that strong but the more you eat it, the more intense it gets.

Food was not bad - the customization options for spice and numbness are great. The noodle dishes themselves are tasty but still left me feeling like something was lacking. The overall vibe of the place is fun and casual.

Everything was great except they only had one server for the restaurant. She was really nice but spread really thin, not a good way to run a business. I had to ask for water twice and still didn't get any. Hard to enjoy a meal without water. The food was really tasty tho. Hopefully they will work on this.

Great for getting some spicy ramen! The food is great and the atmosphere is a cozy bar. It does get quite loud but it’s at an acceptable level. Vegetarian options: The tokyo and downtown ramen both have vegetarian options.

Got the original, tokyo, vege ramen, and takoyaki. Their broth is flavorful but not too heavy! The spicy level 3 was just right for the ramen, not too spicy. Recommend the original!
