We went for Iftari but felt the buffet did not meet our expectations for what they charged us. For $26(including taxes and gratuity), We got chicken kebab, chickpeas, chicken khorma, mutton pulao, sweet rice, Naan, fruit chat and dahi vade. I request the management to either work on improving the taste or add some extra items to counter it.
I recently visited Khan BBQ with high hopes, enticed by their promising menu and the allure of a good barbecue. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. From the moment we received the bill, it was clear that we were overcharged, a stark contrast to the advertised prices. This left a sour taste even before discussing the food quality. Speaking of the food, it regrettably didn't live up to the mark. The dishes lacked the flavors and finesse one would expect from a barbecue establishment, leaving much to be desired. Both the meats and the accompaniments seemed hastily prepared, lacking in the depth and richness of flavor that is the hallmark of great barbecue cuisine. Service and ambiance aside, the core of a restaurant's offering—its food and pricing—simply didn't deliver at Khan BBQ. It's disheartening when a meal out, anticipated to be a delightful experience, ends in disappointment. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique for the restaurant to improve its offerings and pricing transparency. For now, though, I regret to say I won't be returning or recommending it
Would have given -1 if that was possible legit the worst spot for iftari, all they wanna do is take your money from you and give you the worst food possible with extra charges like taxes, service tax and so on buffet is suppose to be $22 per person but they are charging 26…which is absurd and highway robbery so disappointing to see few restaurants taking Ramadan as a month to bless there pockets…absolutely ridiculous and btw the iftari had no fruits it was legit straight oily food.
This spot in Chicago is amazing, the food is so tasty and authentic I would love to bring my family here again and again. The beef sheesh kabobs are great and the aloo paratha were so fresh. The biryani was super tasty. I would definitely upgrade the furniture and ambiance of the restaurant. The service is great. There fried chicken is good!!
AVOID AVOID . Went on Saturday night, they had dinner buffet ( 2 meat dishes, one veg dish along with roti), one kabab, one dessert and 3 snacks for $22 per person , we are 4 members (3 adults and one toddler) in the group and they charged %20 as service charge for the group. When asked why 20% charge, they said it's standard charge for everyone and when we told we are not 5 or 6 in the group and when asked why was it not published any where when you displayed the charge for food, all they said was it's standard charge. When did desi restaurants started charging %20 service charge for everyone for buffets. The plates won't be removed till the very end .. so we have pile of plates laying there the whole time while eating dinner. so no service during dinner but charging 20%.
Best daal ghost and boti chicken in the biz! I have to stop here for a meal or takeout when I’m in Devon. The place is sparse but service is prompt and good. The food is out of this world.
The waiters loved me. They treated me with respect. Their food was amazing. I highly recommend you eat there! Kid-friendliness: They were amazing!
I noticed it was family owned and operated. They are very kind people. The pizza is really good. I haven't found many good pizza places in Florida. This one is closest to back home. Which is NY and Chicago. Lived in both pizza capitals for years, and this is one of the 3 pizza places I actually really like the pizza and I'm picky picky with mine.
