Garbage food Castomer service terrible today i ordered psdis it was burnt

The food is always excellent and the service is always with a smile. The atmosphere in both places are great.

I called in an order of goat biriani and lollipop chicken. I was told order would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told they ran out of lollipop chicken and waited for me to arrive to make a batch. That isn't logical so I canceled my order. I waited another 10 minutes for the goat biriani. When I tried to communicate with the manager about my concerns, I was told he doesn't care. Ok then. That's the last time I will be a patron at this place

I made an Uber Eats order to pick up. Online showed order completed. I went into pick up. They checked. I stood there 6 mind and asked again. No one can give me an answer. I asked a third time. At this moment it's 20 mins after my order supposed to ready. I asked the guy who appears to be the manager and he literally waved me off, no apology no nothing. It's seems if you are not of this ethnic group you getvtreated differently. Very sad that this is the treatment in NY.

Totally trash. If you order biriyani or any other food pls make sure check your bag cause they won’t give you spoon and napkins cause they are not professional just doing business with innocent Bengali ppl . And service is terrible. I wish I could give them zero star.

Worst food ever. Stale food, you can’t keep it for the next day. Happened to me twice
