Place an order for a 6 piece meal and fries online. The order was stated to be ready 10 minutes after getting order. Once I arrived the order had not been processed and no one was getting any online orders. As I waited 2 people came in after me and made bigger orders, got their food faster than me. I was going to cancel my order when the lady who processed said she got it and still had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the order. In total spent 30 minutes in the store while waiting for my food. But online "it says this is faster"
Is A Shame that The employees behave better than the manager .she has no manners and no tact to deal with public. Parking: is good and it can be better if it get renovated
Horrible customer service. Rude lady at the drive thru. My boyfriend went there for the first time so he did not know how the menu worked and the lady instead of explaining it to him, was being veryy rude for no reason. I understand you hate your job but you can at least be polite and have some manners! Educate your staff!
Orders will be messed up and take too long but listen, it's a KFC. Shouldn't be having this stuff anyway.
