Charged over $57 for a 16 piece family Meal @ Tucker KFC. I only received 8 pieces of all dark meat. Plus sides. When I purchased a 16 piece family meal! I live 45 minutes away from this KFC driving home from work. Tried to call the number listed to see what could be done. No answer called 4 times. The owner of this establishment should assess who is working for the company especially since money is tight and some families are really struggling out here to make end meet.
Walked in and stood at the counter and nobody said a word… no greeting or anything… but one person in the back kept telling someone there’s somebody at the counter… but nobody came so i walked out…. Never again will i go back cause 3 people stood back there and nobody said someone will be right with you or anything…Horrible customer service… this was at 3:10 this afternoon…
I stg If i had a million dollars ill put every penny on shutting this location down! ain't no way i just spent almost 100$ on doordash and my entire order wrong.. From the drink sizes, to NO sauces, to undercooked bread peeling chicken , to biscuits that only the inside can be eaten from being entirely too hard (old), to dry hard bad smelling Mac and Cheese, to old wrinkled dry corn, mash potatoes i didn't even ask for, was suppose to sub my pot pie with 2 cooked littles.. im sure you know the rest.. i hate yalll!!
I got a 3-piece white meat. The sides were fine. The biscuit was smaller than they used to be. I had never seen such tiny wings (2 of my 3 pieces) and this was nearly $14.

This place is under new management and I love the turn around nice friendly staff and the place is very clean and the food was delicious
Ordered a 12 piece meal through the drive-through was asked to pull around because I was waiting on my order when I get home with the 12 piece meal I begin to make my grandkids plates looked in the box, and all I had was legs and thighs, and one breast, no wings, and missing 2 breast. I was truly pissed, the manager name was either Dre or Andrew told me that when it’s not enough chicken they take it upon themselves to give you what they want you to have. I never heard any such thing in my life.. so I asked him, “the customer are not allowed to decide if they want all dark meat or not”? He apologized but never answered the question, I was supposed to get three pieces of each part of the chicken. Also the food was cold. I will be calling headquarters on them it’s ridiculous.
