We got no utensils with our meal. They made the hamburger wrong. If you needed something they forgot you had to wait longer than necessary. Parking: Lots of parking

They were very busy, once I ordered my food the manager had me pull around to the frond... after about 6 minutes waiting for my food he came out and apologized for the wait and said they were making me fresh nuggets and it would be out shortly.. when he returns he put extra butter and honey along with some napkins in a bag for me.... how sweet... very kind, great service... I will definitely be back... thanks a lot Nicole

Do yourself a favor and download the KFC App, Pre-Order before you go there, and you can save nearly 50% off the regular price. I pre-ordered an 8 piece original chicken bucket and the cost is $10. If you just go through the drive-thru, the same exact meal is $23. It's a No-Brainer. Download and use their App. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars because all the tables had food crumbs and sticky honey remnants from previous customers. Tables need to be wiped down more frequently. We ordered online and when we went to pick it up they couldn't find the order, that was literally sitting on the counter ready for us. By the time we got the food and got home it was gross. The grease from the 6 piece chicken had opened the container so when we went to take the box of chicken out the chicken stayed in the bag. The chicken was cold, biscuits were cold and hard and the worst thing of all was that every single nugget was so hard and overcooked they went straight into the garbage. My son gave one to the dog who refused to eat it. The mashed potatoes and coleslaw were the only things that were edible. Almost $70 for mashed potatoes and gravy. Happy Christmas Eve!

They had two post boards for wraps. I tried to order wraps. Was told they don't carry wraps.

Horrible!!! I went into the lobby at 630pm and there where puddles of water on the ground, and my food order was wrong. I called to get my order fixed and they hung up on me 3 times! I worked at a kfc in puyallup wa in my teen years and will say that the one on bridgeport will never get my business ever again!!!

We ended up walking out because we were completely ignored by the entire staff. This place is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Churches where they know what service is.

Every time I order there is not a long wait. The food is fresh. And if you want the best Root beer shake this is the place to go but you have to ask for it because it's not on the menu The people are friendly and courteous. There's plenty of parking on the side of the car wash if you can't find it in the front. We always order the 12 piece bucket meal. There is plenty to feed a family of five.

Rude NWA working drive through very disrespectful when ordering cutting me off then expecting me to hurry and get done ordering just to tell me to shut up when I start ordering again. When I got to the window he handed my food over to me forcing it through my window at me after paying telling me to have a night while closing the window. He seen me still waiting and opened the window again looking at me and said "what" like dog in heat. I said I had drinks with my order. He scoffed at me and told me he only has two hands. Then I finally get the food home to be missing several items and was given fries so undercooked they still had frozen spots in them. F this place and their rude employees. The little B@#ch at the window needs to learn some respect before he gets made to toss the salad.
