Food was not good or the was out of something almost every time we visited
The person behide the window had a Attitude. Should not be working at fast food also was in line for a good bit. I have been all over the country this is the worse customer service. Will not be back here.
Was told they had 7 out of 8 chicken tenders, but I can get a chicken breast. I said that was fine. Got home and had 5.5 tenders and a chicken thigh( no one eats dark meat) very disappointed.
I walked here from the park at 9:30 pm for food. The door showed open until 10:30pm. The doors were locked, no one would answer me at the drive through and the employees were too busy closing and throwing away trash to bother taking my order. If you close at 9:30, change your hours to 9:30. Don't just lock out foot customers because you want to go home early.
Arrived at 6:05 pm on Tuesday. Waited for nearly 20 min to give order-2 piece dark original with a side of Cole slaw. No dark original and no cole slaw. After another 15 min received my 2 piece dark extra crispy and green beans. Not what I wanted, but due to the wait time hated to go elsewhere. What happened to customer service? We, as consumers, pay the highest price and cannot get what we expect. Sylvester needs better than this!
