KFC

Not professional

At one point in time, this was my favorite KFC location to visit. Now, it’s the worst one for me; it never fails, my order will always be incorrect. I ordered four whole proteins today; arrived home, I received a so called four piece meal. I use to work at KFC and a four piece meal has a breast, wing, thigh, and leg. Today, I received two thighs, one wing, and a leg. Food is not as good as before. I understand there is a new manager now; he/she is not doing a great job. Ohhhh….dint try calling because no one will answer the phone. I’m done!! I will go to the KFC in Geneva for now and on.

Almost half the time I come here this place either gets it right or wrong. Tonight they got my simple order wrong. It wasn’t busy at first when I walked in. This happened around 7 pm, 03/23/24. I ordered a 12-piece chicken but noticed when I got home that I only received 9 pieces, I was SHORTED 3 WHOLE PIECES. Not to mention I also had to wait a little over 20 minutes, and the place had just one guy in front of me. The WORK STAFF including the supervisor started SLACKING, CHIT-CHATTING, LOSING PACE, AND TRACK OF TIME, and paying more attention to their life stories and NOT FOCUSING ON THEIR JOB. Time flies by, the orders start to stack up, and a line of 12-15 people starts to build quickly within a few minutes. NOW EVERYBODY IS JUST WAITING. Maybe the business owner should watch the recorded videos of how their employees work at times. The only good side was at least the chicken still tasted good.

Ok The kindest smiling young man with the name Erjuan. I watched him before I was lucky enough for him to wait on me. He was buoyant and kind to the person before me and did not hiccup with me. Even bumped a fist with me, am old bald guy, when I correctly pronounced his name. As I waited mist the other staff were stressed, grumpy but all were doing their best. Erjuan's smile and cool kindnesses to everyone made my visit extremely worthwhile. The good, eh. Was taco bell... Was fine. People who spread kindness like Erjuan I the face of and in spite of and probably never considered any reason really, except to be kind. To be himself. He deserves 5 stars and my thank you.
