*UPDATE* They sent an email asking me to explain my concerns. It’s been a month and no reply. The surveys they do are simply to pretend customers input matters. Original review - Long wait at the drive thru. Then they pretend to give you the entire order, charge extra to change the side items, and still give you the wrong cheaper side you now overpaid for. So you get home to find an incorrect order. They don’t answer the phone. I did the survey. They replied to the first part then ask me to email all my identifying information only to never hear from them again. They do the survey to pretend they care that you are overpaying for cold food and wrong items. By the way KFC, when you take someone’s money and do not give them the food they paid for, it really feels like theft or fraud. Mistakes get taken care of. Horrible business practice to count on the fact that some of us will not waste an additional 30 minutes and gas to fix your fraud. That’s when you bother to actually offer to correct your “mistake”.
Went here, took a chance. Never again. I got the regular chicken bucket and it was soggy and tasted disgusting. Me hubby and the kids spit it out. Mashed potatoes were super bland. Reminded me of hospital food. Gravy was also pretty nothing. Best thing about the meal was the biscuits. And even then they were mediocre. This was certainly NOT finger licking good. I’d rather go to Popeyes.
Lobby closed 8:42pm but store still open
I had a great meal the other day that I just had to post it.
The reason for the low stars is this; I always go to this location, never had a problem, the food is always hot and delicious. But thus last visit wasn't so great. I went through the drive through, the young man asked me if I wanted the special, I respectfully declined and his whole demeanor changed, his voice very robotic. Like I said I've never had a problem before. So when I got home I got crispy instead of original, which is my family's favorite, the kids just picked at the chicken even after I removed the skin. They didn't want it at all. I'm hoping next visit will be as usual, I won't give up on this location.
