Gigi, to front cashier, has always had an attitude when I have gone to this location. She is in my opinion bringing down her teams customer service rating.
Let's talk about service first. I ordered a meal and I paid for it. When I got it, I realized that that is not what I wanted. The supervisor on duty fixed it for me right away. She made sure I did not have "the buyers remorse" This is service! She replaced my order and took care of me. I was running a little late but the chicken was so hot and fresh, I had to wait for it to cool down. This was my best KFC experience in so many years. I loved it and thank you for the hot meal served and for the service so good.
We got the wrong order. My husband ordered 2 breasts and 2 thighs + a side of coleslaw. We got 1 thigh, a drumstick, a muffin, 2 burritos and the side of coleslaw. Very disappointing. Can’t trust them.
Stopped by for lunch Dominique greated me at the drive thru she has out standing customer service skills she was super nice at the window Dominique made my experience at this KFC AMAZING will be going back for sure THANK YOU,DOMINIQUE FOR YOUR AMAZING SKILLS!!!
