KFC

I just ordered a $21 meal and received 4 chicken tenders. The people won't answer the phone. It just rings and rings and rings and the people at the customer service barely speak English. If they can't get your order right, Chick-fil-A's down the road, Zaxby's down the road. Just trust me go somewhere else.

Always Bad here. Always out of something Always workers standing around in the lobby. And usually Both KFC and Taco Bell aren't Available at the same time.

Avoid this location

I'm literally standing here looking at the employees as they walk around. One skinny girl who looks like she's on drugs looked at me and turned around walked the other way. 15+ minutes I've been waiting just to place my order.

DO NOT EAT HERE

I pulled up to this KFC drive-through and placed an order for 12 nuggets and a large fry. I was asked to pull aside and they will bring my order to me because the nuggets were not ready. 10 minutes later I calmly went into the kfc, because they are human and forgot the order. I went to the counter with my receipt and calmly said I’d like to just get my order. The young man apologized for my wait and brought me a bag and said here is my order. I walked out, checked the order in my car and it still was not right. So, since I was in my car I drove back through the drive through and told them that I am missing the large fry I paid for. That was my second experience having to go into the restaurant to get my drive-through order. There is opportunity for improvement.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The lobby is never open. There are utility truck drivers, landscapers, garbage truck drivers, dump truck drivers, etc. that can't take their truck in the drive thru. The lobby could at least be open for people to get orders.

Trash. The people who work here are jerks. My wife and I walked in at 8:40PM, waited patiently for 5-7 minutes until someone noticed us. Front desk is closed you have to go through drive through! Nothing else. I said put a sign up or something, my response? You’re welcome!

Chad the manager of this store went above and beyond. I will definitly drive the extra mile to get the service I received last night!!!
