No longer serves popcorn chicken and now has these chicken nuggets that taste awful. They said they only had sweet tea and lemonade as drink options. And they don't carry butter anymore so why even bother serving biscuits? The only reason why it's not one star is i like being able to get green beans and corn at a fast food restaurant.

Ordered online for a take out order of a 12 piece chicken bucket, which was advertised as 3 wings, 3 drumsticks, 3 thighs, and 3 breasts. Got home with NO thighs, and in exchange we got an extra breast and 2 wings! Am not happy with that exchange, it hardly seems commensurate. Checkout person also didn't mention any issues with the order- we didn't find out until we got home and were sitting down to eat. I could understand if they ran out of thighs, but let the customer know and find out if the exchange is agreeable! I could even understand if it was very busy, but it wasn't. There was one table seated and one other person in line. Disappointed in this service. I hope they use the feedback to do better.

Drink was wrong, dipping sauce was wrong, the chicken had a rubber texture waste of 13$.

On a recent visit to a KFC drive-thru, I was excited to try out their famous chicken and see if the service lived up to the hype. As I pulled up to the drive-thru menu, I was impressed by the variety of options available. From classic fried chicken buckets to sandwiches and wraps, KFC had something for everyone. I decided to go with a classic chicken sandwich combo, which came with fries and a drink. After placing my order with the friendly employee through the intercom, I proceeded to the pick-up window to collect my food. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my meal was prepared and handed to me. The staff was efficient and courteous, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. When I take my first bite of my meal it’s was sooo fresh and quick made . I recommend this place .

The worst kfc i have ever been to. My son wanted chicken so we stopped in. Ordered 2 pc meal and sandwich. Took over 15 mins for our order. Then they forvot the coleslaw. I do have to say the chicken was gigantic. 2pc meal was massive and tasted good. The chicken sandwich was massive also. Chicken was 1 1/2 times bigger than the bun and at least 2 1/2 inches thick. I think if you went through the drive thru it would be way quicker. Do not dine in.
