My relationship with KFC goes way back to my childhood, never a dull moment while visiting each and every KFC, in each and every state I've ever traveled through, be one stop I'll be sure making in future travels.... Fransico gives absolutely the best customer service, he thanks you for coming to his restaurant, has a smile and makes you feel like he was just waiting for you to come on over. If everyone in fast food had this mans attitude the world would be a wonderful place

It's been about 6 months since I've been here, ordered my famous bowl with no gravy, there were four and a half tiny pieces of chicken on top, The mashed potatoes tasted like they were instant, very interesting taste to them, I live right down the street, as soon as i got home, it was lukewarm at best, tasted terrible, three half of it away, going to start going to the other one, opposite direction, down mission, I believe it's Diamond Bar

I ordered a 3 piece combo and got charged for it. I got home with a 2 piece combo. I tried to call for 30 minutes but they never answered. I feel disappointed ☹️ I feel I got robbed. I also realized I never got my receipt too. The worst KFC I have been to.

Ordered a 12 piece meal. My son got home and when I went to get my chicken all they put in the box were thighs. I eat white meat only. Drove back to this place and they tell me he made a mistake. Really you don't know a wing from a thigh? And to top it off they did not offer me a drink, as the shift leader said it was going to take 20 mins. There is food on the floor I guess they don't sweep until they close. So when I was leaving I asked the team leader his name which is Jose who works, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. He has a very smart mouth. I told him they should offer something to drink when they mess up like this, I then told him I do reviews and he said it won't be the first one. He needs more training on how to talk to a customer, or maybe fire him as I will never return to this place.
