6:30 pm Drive Thru- took several minutes for them to take my order. I ordered 2pc meal and a drink that was only 3/4 full. After taking my payment I was informed they had no biscuits. She did not say how long it would be before more were ready, Just Nope we dont have them! I asked if they could replace it with come coleslaw. She tell me they aren't allow to substitute, all she could offer me was a drink.. I just bought a drink, why would I need another one! I guess its perfectly fine for me to be shorted for a biscuit that I paid for rather than walk over and fix a serving of coleslaw to replace the biscuit. Horrible service. The bigger question is why are you out of biscuits.

Chicken breast was moist and tender. Cole slaw delicious and brisket buttery. Yummy

Took about 10 minutes to get someone to come to take our order because she was helping them get orders out. Not a big deal and I understand that they were busy but we also saw some others in the back not doing a whole lot. It was raining this day and the floor was SO wet and greasy you couldn't even walk on it without sliding. I'm not exaggerating. Food wasn't the greatest but it was hot.

Chicken did not taste good. Crust feel off when breast picked up.

Although the food was tasty but they forgot to give dipping sauce when I went inside to ask for it they suggested if I paid for it. The receipt printed was so light no one can read it. as well as were little rude in behavior. had to wait for person who took order to confirm and give dipping sauce

I spent $46 for 12 tenders meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac and cheese. Didn't get the Mac and cheese. Asked for sauce for the tenders.. Didn't get it.. Honey for the biscuit.. Didn't get it either. Didn't get silverware so my son went back for them and some napkins. They couldn't find the spoons and a customer complained that we got more than 1 napkin for 4 people. When I went back to explain that I didn't get the Mac and cheese they gave me $4. Last time I checked $4 didn't replace that part of the meal. When I told them that one of the male employees started jumping on me. Not a good place. The bathroom was nasty and the employees were past rude. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Chicken is not like before is not made anymore like in a oven now it's too greasy like it is just came out of the deep fryer
