Horrible! Told me no crispy available, 20 min wait for a 12 piece original tho, rude when went inside to ask where my order is. Fat Spanish girl with headset needs CS training! This location sucks!

La comida muy buena pero la actitud del personal es la peor fui a comprar eran las 8 pm y cuando me senté a comer me dicen que tengo que irme porque ya esta cerrado pero en realidad cierran a las 12 tratan muy mal a los clientes deberían mejor el servicio al cliente

Food is what you can expect. Service how ever is awful I honestly feel bad for the people working there. The manager walks around like he hates his life. Will open the drive thru window, take your payment, hand you your food, drink and receipt all without speaking to you. Won’t acknowledge when you say thank you, have a good day or anything. Must suck to be so sad.

I ordered the famous bowl and honestly so disappointed. It came with barely 4 pieces of chicken. This is the last time we will be coming to this location as we've had issues with orders in the past..

It took 25+ minutes after ordering for the food to come.

Worst KFC I have ever been, I ask for a coleslaw but she didn’t put it on my order when I get to the window she said that she didn’t put it in my order and would not put it because she had both registered busy bad service
