Worst KFC I've ever visited, I've ordered a big box meal & a famous chicken meal, Both are utter waste, smells so bad, chicken & sandwich were damn soggy, when I asked the employee about it, she were so rude in answering, Will never ever visit this place again & I request everyone to stay away from this place. 0 flavour syrup in the 7-up I recieved, bad customer service and 4 piece tender was packaged as 2 boxes of 2? This is not the first time I have received bad service from my location and I don't recommend it.

They’re rude. They cheap you out on portions and fight you about it. You’re paying full price of items, fast food isn’t cheap. This has to be the worst location

The manager at this location has horrible customer service skills she didnt give me a free food item even though I had coupon and a code, she claimed my coupon to be fake or that I took a screen shot and that mg coupon is not valid! I never had a problem at this KFC until this new manger bald head lady started working there, she gave me horrible customer service, she is not polite at all.... she gives bad looks to me as if she has a problem with me when shes the problematic one, KFC needs to do something about this lady, im not the only person that has complained about her, things were better when she was not the manager at this location. If i could leave 0 stars for customer service i would, shes horrible!!!!!!!!!

Take too long to prepare the order and really bad customer service

I would give even 0 star to this location the lady in the front HANIFA is so rude she’s is having not any manners and professionalism to talk to the customers

They closed 20 minutes early… I got there at 10:40pm, and tried to open the door as the staff watched and ignored… is it normal practice to close 20 minutes earlier than the posted hours of operation?

Went here to pick-up an order I did online. Got to realized that instead of 12pcs cken I had instead selected a variety meal of 6pcs cken and 6 tenders. Kindly asked the employee to change the 6 tenders to 6 cken and I pay whatever difference and they bluntly refused. They instructed me to call customer support online to make the change and online also bluntly refused. So I took the food and placed it outside their window for whoever wants to take. I will NEVER recommend this KFC to anyone. It's better you go to Popeye's at Jane and Finch mall and get good service and delicious meals

Just ordered an 18 piece white meat and got 12 wings that is a total rip job will never order again
