The worst .. I literally only brought 2 chicken little sandwiches , I was stopped before approaching the window and sat for 15 minutes before she stick her hand out and gesture to move up .

They show you not to drive up to the window where to pick up food. Probably so that the car doesn't get into the camera. Since the order is being prepared for a very long time. Despite the fact that there were only two cars in the queue.
