Ordered 30$ worth of food and the famous bowls were pretty much empty not even a toddler would be satisfied with the portion. GM Delphine didn’t care to fix issue ! Nasty attitude needs better training ! High prices for no food it’s sad what KFC has come to !
Ordered the fill box and waited 20 min for the order. Wasn’t upset about the wait until I tasted the food. The fries were refried and the chicken undercooked. Horrible place
Worst KFC experience ever. Nobody cared about anything. These employees should ALL be fired. They look into your eyes and keep on ignoring you. And the wrap I ordered was close to dogfood. See photo.
Chicken often dry not fresh, not real customer oriented I keep Trying to give this location a chance but cape coral location is much better
I ordered the original wrap and the mac & cheese wrap as you can see. It looked absolutely despicable. The chicken obviously taste good. It’s KFC chicken but there’s no sauce. It’s dry on the inside of the wrap. There’s barely anything in there and I am totally disappointed. I ordered off of UberEats. (Disclaimer) I don’t know if their regular orders are maybe more efficient than their Uber eats or GrubHub or DoorDash whatever food service delivery that may come there. But this is no good. This place has become unpleasant to visit. The old staff isn't there any longer, now the young people who works there, they all seem to be related because management don't mind at all having the cashier on the phone while TRYING to take care of the customers. Her service was horrible.
