8/4/23 update: This location has been updated. The staff is attentive and friendly... really seem to enjoy their work...I have visited the store several times in the last months and the change is consistent... Of course, the food has improved to the very best, as well. Bravo to the new team... 2019 review: Purchased and ate 5 pieces Original Recipe. Very good, the Colonel would approve. So why two stars? Terrible customer service. I asked for Smoky Mtn. BBQ sauce on my chicken..."No"...I said I'd pay for it..."No, I don't have a button for that"...I. thought he was joking...I asked if he was the manager..."Yes"...I said charge me for 8 pieces then, that would pay for the sauce..."No"...It became a war of wills, I said you could give me the sauce for free..."No"...I said then I'll take 6 of the the prepackaged BBQ sauce...they were free. I managed a KFC in my youth, actually met the Colonel...he would let that manager find a different place of employment... I did enjoy the chicken, though.

Some of the absolute worst food I have ever seen sold. I ordered extra crispy chicken. Sat in the dining area. Looked at the food and realized it was inedible. I dumped in the garbage can and left. Customer service is horrible. Manager is very inhospitable. I did notice that the Popeye's across the street was crowded and busy with customers while the KFC was empty of customers when I arrived......... Now I think I understand.... Terrible.

Ordered the crispy 20 piece family meal and they musted of used week old cooking oil absolutely terrible chicken I was almost tempted to drive all the way back and show them.

Got three piece meal and come the pieces I wanted. Delicious

What's happened to KFC, i use to get a $20 fill up with 12 or 16 pieces and the extras. Today it cost me $52.61 and they forgot to give me the 8 biscuits. The worst thing though, when i looked at the chicken it looked dark and old and didn't taste very good! I remember back in the day you would look forward to going to KFC, because you knew what you were getting and it was a good option if you didn't want to cook. The price is what blows me away, it's now almost cost 3X more and it's horrible! My family didn't enjoy it, and i don't know if my dog would've ate it. I'm done with KFC this is two times in a roll that I've had a bad experience. I think the Colonel has lost his secret ingredient. By the way, across the street from KFC is a Popeyes and there offering a 10pc 2lg sides and 5 biscuits for $27 guess where I'm going next time!✌️

The service at this KFC could be better. They lock the doors 2 hours before closing they make the food and deal with the money an u can see them

Staff was friendly enough, but the chicken was terrible, the mashed/gravy were watery. Cole slaw was good.

This location is a joke. They never have enough chicken for their customers. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come there, they are always out of something I want. The management needs to manage this place better.
