The chicken was a little salty and my leg was extremely small.

Waited for over 20 min for an order I had placed. People around the neighborhood are very aggressive and incredibly rude. The service is slow chicken was soggy and tasteless. The workers seem to be exhausted and I do not blame them. Would not recommend this location to anyone unless you might want to risk being verbally attacked.

Take out. The classic chicken sandwich wasn't the best, too much mayo, and it tasted different from what I'm used to. This may be the worst of anything in all my years I brought from KFC.

Walked up to the counter and greeted the cashier. When I placed my order for the classic chicken sandwich meal I said to the cashier MERO please no pickles. MERO tells me you need to tell them when they make your order because I cannot touch your food. I said I’m not asking you to touch my food I’m asking you to put in no pickles while you’re ringing me up. He tells me even louder I cannot put it in the system when they make your order and call your number you can tell them to remove it. Why would I tell them to remove the pickles after they have added them on? ALLERGIC meaning if the pickle is on the sandwich I will have major issues! I called out to the manager politely who was literally two steps away. Totally ignored me. I told the cashier 3rd time. I am allergic to pickles and you see me calling out to them with no acknowledgement. I need my order to be made without pickles . At this point I’m pissed . I do not know one restaurant that tells the customer to do THEIR JOB . Why am I shouting to a prep person when you the cashier should be telling them ? Pure incompetence! The manager on duty is no better . MERO turns to him finally and says please no pickles on this order. Why wouldn’t he just do this from the start I DONT KNOW . The manager puts the bag in front of me rolling his eyes. Fries out of the container poured out in the bag no napkins no ketchup no nothing. Yet the other white couple head of me got treated like an actual customer. Opened up the napkin dispenser took napkins from the top put all types on condiments in the bag. It’s a disgusting disgrace! I didn’t write a review on a fast food restaurant in years but with this TERRIBLE service I felt it was a MUST
