They are fast and efficient to bad that they do it so fast they short you a few items.

Absolutely rude employees. The dining room was closed, and the drive-thru was the only option. The girl at the window and taking orders was very unpleasant. Her attitude really made my blood boil. I'm sick of all these disrespectful kids these days!

Was in the area around 5:00 pm and my son saw the sign: the empty parking lot was my first clue, but my son had his heart set on it, so I kept my fingers crossed. Walked to the front door: locked. The lights were on but no one was home: no sign posted indicating that they closed early. I understand things happen, but, from a store manager perspective, take a moment to draft a brief letter to your customers and post it at the door and drive thru. Common courtesy can go a long way towards bringing people back.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Rude and unprofessional employees that compel me to never go back there.

So sad, food was cold, very un organized, they had no ice for weeks, and manager said that was normal, they served me sweet iced tea with no ice. Lol called customer service, said they would look into it, just lies from KFC.

I placed a mobile order. Some items were missing and what I did get was barely warm. Just a really bad experience. This was my first time back in over a year, I won't try again.

Terrible the African-American Manager going to be really disrespectful saying when we was in the drive through looking for what we wanted he’s going to say were wasting his time and I’m a customer. Makes me feel unwanted and my service didn’t matter and he gave me a Pepsi, that was flat didn’t communicate with me telling me the ice machine was broke. Me is pull around no one should feel the way I just did by trying to get food. I will never come back here again till someone can get a manager that’s respectful! I think he was on drugs as well he couldn’t stay still and kept itching his body, even one of the employees had to tell us he was sorry for how he treated us
