KFC

The food in this KFC is sub-standard. My order was not fresh and was so hard it was not edible. We had to.just throw the food in the trash. This is the 3rd time I have been to this KFC and the food is horrible. The people that take your order at the.drive thru do not listen.

The door handle fell off and scratched my husband. The workers said no manager was not on premises, and there was never a report taken. This is the worst experience every.

ROACHES everywhere. Yall should be ashamed. Got refund and left.

Killed 3 roaches while waiting on my food. Finally got our food and was told the lobby was closed it was 5:44 pm sign on door said lobby didn’t close till 8pm

As usual, KFC is always a good go-to when in a rush, or you just have a taste for some crispy chicken.

The manager is smart with a very disrespectful attitude she rushes her customers and the food. The food I have been having has been over cooked and mostly old. This has been going on routinely for the past two months. The teenagers have more respect and are very attentive. She tends to give mashed potatoes as a side instead of fries. This place need new management a new cook and should make it a habit of giving fresh food. It’s awful!!! And the wait time is crazy.

Great experience

I am telling you, this is the worse restaurant I have ever encountered. I ask for a large order of chicken gizzards and was informed at the window they only had enough for a small order. Once I got them it wasn't even a small order, so I went back in and told the lady that I just want end my money back because that wasn't a small order. She continued to tell me it was, so the I guess he's the manager James is what name he gave me. I asked for my money and he said "I should have told you NO because ww didn't have enough" and I said you should have if that's all you had. He told me in a rude voice " you don't have to ever come back here" and I said, " I won't not at this location" I asked for the store manager and the corporate number and he said to me "to Google it". I guess because corporations are so hard up for help that they will hire anybody. But if you are looking for good customer service you need not go here because they don't have customer service knowledge.
