Whoever is working this Sunday crew came off very lazy, unorganized and ghetto about their service. Completely uninterested in helping me in the drive thru. First time ever coming here and I’ll be sure to let everyone know to stay away. I don’t usually do reviews but this experienced warrants a bad review. They did not want to make more chicken filets when I asked for 2 sandwiches. Instead of offering to make more and me wait, they were trying to tell me they don’t have any and I had to ask them to make them. Multiple people were talking on the drive thru mic at once and at the very end, one guy was trying to confirm my order as another guy was telling me to pull up. The guy rushing me telling me to pull up didn’t even let me finish my order and gave me attitude and even called me “bro” out of frustration to pull up even tho he didn’t have my full order. This type of service makes sense why KFC isn’t what it once was if they consider this acceptable ways to treat people who contribute to the business. Food is great by the way, just wouldn’t recommend anyone coming to this location on Sundays if this is the crew that will be handling the clients

Order wasn't complete. Ordered large fries and it wasn't hardly half full. Ordered large mac and cheese and it was barley half way filled. Never received a drink. It took forever to place our order in drive thru. Once at the window it seemed like the man and woman inside were arguing or something. My bowl was correct and that was it... we will not return to this location. This makes twice now in past month we have had an issue at this location.

30min wait for an online order, had to keep correcting staff in order to get correct items.
